I was frustrated when I tried using this and realized it doesn’t actually fit the bottle sizes we use. From the description, I expected it to be more flexible, so I definitely felt a bit misled. I reached out to support and it actually took a few days to hear back. When they did reply, it wasn’t really that helpful, so the whole experience was a bit frustrating.
